 1) How does Class meet the conventions of a TV drama series?

Class meets the conventions of a normal TV casual series. this is because it includes multiple episodes as well as going under the name as 'Class' and includes the genre of sci-fi as well as action and horror. 

2) What conventions of the science-fiction genre can you find in the Class trailer? List as many as you can and use NCIS to help you.

In the trailer, you can see the use of very advanced sets of weapons like laser guns  and portal guns as well as characters which seem like aliens and some mutants. during some point in the trailer, there was a shot of the earth from space which is a key factor of science fiction movies.

3) What other genres are suggested by the trailer (e.g. horror)? Is Class an example of a modern hybrid-genre show?

Class is an example of modern hybrid-genre show because other genres are  suggested in the trailer which is horror and romantic class.

4) Class is a spin-off from Doctor Who. At what point does the character of the Doctor appear in the trailer?

the character 'Doctor Who' appears right at the end of the trailer with some sort of futuristic guns ready to fight aliens which can bring Doctor Who fans to come and check out the spin off version.

5) Who do you think the target audience for Class is? Is this a typical target audience for the science-fiction genre? Give reasons for your answer.
The target audience for Class is sci-fi fans who also watch Doctor who are male and at least 30 years old also this is a typical target audience for science fiction because the most popular science fiction movies and shows such as star wars and doctor who came out years ago.

 in the spin off version 'Class', it has the same actor as the doctor was seen in the trailer. although it is not confirmed, i personally think that it is the doctor
